Today space in all industries is at a premium, and often an employer who would love to hire someone to come along and 'Do The Books' simply cannot do so due to a lack of space and equipment etc on their premises.

We can simply come along, collect all relevant paperwork, and work on our premises, allowing you to get on with the work at hand. Cheque books and Paying In books will be returned to you, usually within 24 hours, so you get on with business as usual.

There will be no worry to you that someone is taking their time with your work, as on initial enquiry, Ron Heseltine, will personally visit you at a time convenient to you, go through any necessary work with you, and will give you a quote for the services you need. 

Information which you will need to run your business can be given for any time after records are updated.

Examples include:

• Reconciled cash at bank figure.
• List of monies owed by customers.
• List of monies owed to suppliers
• If you so wish, a cheque payment run can also be done, and you can release the cheques as and when your cash flow allows.
• Management accounts can also be prepared to allow you to see how your business is doing.
